I loved this day! Firstly because I was with my boyfriend and my friends this day, but also because we had a marvellous New York brunch (the karaoke was very funny!)
I don't really like the valentin's day ones I have celebrated that and my boyfriend give me a miror so I have a bad experience of that :p But to say happy valentine's day to all my friends I think it's better ^^ Fafa
Because when you love someone, it's the same during all your life, not only in this day... When you are in love, it's all the time the Valentine's day. *-*
But for me this holiday is nothing. This is just a comercial party for poor people waste their money in simple gifts that we can offer a whole new light. Not need a special day to tell the people we love. -YMCMB
I think Valentine's day was created because, a very long time ago, weddings were forbidden one day of the week (i don't remember which one) and a pope refused to obey to this rule and he married two people the forbidden day, this day was the Saint Valentin, so it stayed the loveday. I'm not sure but i think it's the real story! SweetLisa
I think this is a commercial party, BUT, also a good opportunity to spend time with his/her boyfriend or girlfriend. Personnally, I never buy a thing in a shop for valentin's day, I create a thing myself. This year, I created a picture album with all the pictures of me and my boyfriend since the beginning, and, with each picture, a comment. He liked. And thank you Mrs Papy for the brunch !
It was great! I ate so much today i had a stomach ache all afternoon lol bu t i don't regret it.
