    This picture is funny because it plays with words:
    "Allitigation" is a mix between "alliteration" and "litigation".
    Alliteration because the talking man repeats the "p" sound in a lot of words, and litigation because the other man is judged for something bad he did ! -Pegasus

    1. You mean you still don't understand! It's easy: it's a famous tongue twister with a "p" alliteration. Here it's a pun on "alliteration" and "litigation". Peter Piper is accused of stealing the pickled pepper. In French you could do the same if you accused the hunter who knows how to hunt to have lost his famous dog!^^
