    I hope that I made with my article 1 million and not $ 1 billion was not penalized to me ..

      Of course not! Actually, I might have made a mistake myself (I think I told you 1 million and wrote 1 billion... but I cleverly added "or more", which makes it ok for a billion! And maybe more interesting!
