Nomika's plans for the future...

My plans for the future

Hi everyone ! For our second article, we had to present our plans for the future. Well, I admit I don't really like to think about the future, it sounds like something quite sad to me.

But I hope it won't be !

As far as it concerns the studies, next year I wish to study the English language in Tours university although I don't know exactly which licence I'm going to do and how many years I want to stay at the university.

Then, I will try to enter a journalism or a photography school. This last thing is something I  have wanted to do since I was in middle school ,so I hope I will make it.

After that, I wish to become a photojournalist or a war reporter.

Otherwise, concerning the rest, I don't really imagine how my future is going to be. I'd like to do (almost) what I want, when I want, travel a lot to many places and meet people in each country I'll visit.
Besides, these are some of the reasons why I want to become a journalist.

I know it's kind of cheesy to say that but in fact, I just want to live well with the people I love next to me, so I don't really get a plan to manage to do that !

  1. It is true that for the future we all dream of traveling. Unfortunately we do not necessarily have the means ..

    1. I know it is, but it's part of what attracts me because I think we need more people (like journalists) to show the world's horror, even if it's not as simple as I say

  4. So we will go to Tours together next year!
And we will travel in the entire world with all the others! :D

  8. Oh dear ! Your plans sound a little bit familiar to my slimy ear:
I am actually studying English in Tours and photography is one of my passions.
And it's funny cause in the article i wrote last year about the same topic, I also said that I'd like to travel and that even if "I don't have an accurate idea of what profession I'll have, what I'll be, will be what I've decided to be", which is pretty similar to "Otherwise, concerning the rest, I don't really imagine how my future is going to be. I'd like to do (almost) what I want, when I want,".

And I guess what you said isn't cheasy at all, as it can be real key of happiness. :) All the best Nomika.

    1. Hi Holysnail :) Haha you're right it's kind of similar when we look at it ! So do you enjoy studying English there ? A friend of mine (who was in your extra english class last year) said to me that the classes and the teachers are good but if I could have another recommendation, I wouldn't say no !
All the best to you too, and thank you for posting ! :)

  9. Why do you want to be a war journalist ? It's a bit sad... no ?

    1. Above all else, I'd like to be a photojournalist, so it could be in countries in war or just in my garden (well ... it would be kinda weird). But I'd really like to show the world's sad reality with pictures, which is something photographers already do but not so much in my opinion. I think we can say many many things with just one picture and to me, it's one of the best ways to denounce something, way better than just a talk.

    1. Don't you have a little idea ? Even a tiny one ? Though, even if you don't know what you want to do at all, it's never too late to think about that or change your mind. People want us to decide now what we'll be later but we can't know all of our future and we mustn't be scared about that because we'll all figure it out ! :)
