Shake, on football, friends, and food...

Hi everybody and welcome to the news readers of this blog !
My name on the blog is Shake.
I was 17 years old  2 months ago and this year, I do my last year in Alain Fournier high school I hope.
I have got 2 sisters and I might speak about them but it's not the most important otherwise my article will be too long !
I love to play my favorite sport with my friend which is  football, during a few hours  a week.

But there isn't also football in my life, there are 2 other things whick are very important for me :

–                    Already friends, because for me, in high school, we want to just have fun when we don't have class for example.

–                    Just one word to understand me : FOOD. I think I'm not alone to eat between meals.

I'm very greedy of nutella for example. I'm a person who is rarely replete.

Now I introduce a group of metal music which is SlipKnot.
I love their kind of music.
There are 9 members in the group : Sid Wilson (DJ), Paul Gray (bassist who died in 2010), Joey Jordison (drums), Chris Fehn (drums), James Root (guitar), Craig Jones (sampling), Shawn Crahan (drums), Mick Thomson (guitar) and Corey Taylor (singer).

This group have a feature.
Nobody or almost have seen their faces because they have masks in their lives or video clip.
The kind of music that they play is based on the skill, for example Joey Jordison, during a drum solo, plays really fast, and for me it's the best drums player in the world !

Thanks for reading

Carter loves scary series...

Hi, it's Carter !

I was already here last year in Extra English with Ms P.
I have written some articles and now for the new ( and last I hope) year, we must start with a personal cult movie, TV series, song or anything else.

I'm a huge TV series fan, so, I've decided to speak about a serie, but … I love so much series so that's hard to choose one ! First I wanted to speak about one of my three favorites series: NCIS, ER or Dawson's Creek
But they are famous so I've been thinking about others I really love but which we don't hear much like The Tudors, The Walking Dead, Orphan Black, Bates Motel...

And I choose Bates Motel !

I don't know if this motel reminds you of something but it's really famous.

Bates Motel is a new TV series about Norman Bates life, the psychopath killer in Psycho, the famous Alfred Hitchcock's movie.

In the serie we see Norman when he is a teenager and we see his strange relationship with his mother Norma.

This serie turns around murder, love and strange relations.

There is only one thing which shocked me, in this serie they've got phones whereas in the movie ( when Norman is an adult ) phones didn't exist.

I really advise you to watch this series which is really good.
The actors are amazing and Norman is really strange …

Thanks for reading !

Two films that Tommo likes...

Hello everybody !

My name is Tommo. I’m 17.
I live in Rians and I have two brothers and one sister.

I would like to tell you about my two favorites movies,
which are The Fault in Our Stars (Nos Etoiles Contraires),
filmed by Josh Boone in 2014
and The Green Mile (La Ligne Verte),
filmed by Frank Darabont in 1999.

Broadly, The Fault in Our Stars iss about two teenagers,
Augustus Waters and Hazel Grace,
whho both have cancer and fall in love.
It seems not to be very interesting like that,
 but on the contrary.
It’s a sad story but so beautiful at the same time.

This movie is an adaptation from the book of John Green,
with the same name.
I read it before watching the film.
Both are great but I prefer the book
 because there are more details.

As for The Green Mile,
it’s a fantastic movie which takes place during
the Great Depression in the United States.
It tells the story of Paul (played by Tom Hanks),
a death row corrections officer and the supernaturals events
he witnessed with one of the prisoners.
 This film is very brilliant!
If you’ve never seen it, you should.

Have you ever seen one of these films ?

Thank you for reading. I hope you liked this.

Bernabear is back!

Hello everybody!

I'm Bernabear and I'm still here on this blog this year! I have to do an article presenting myself!

Well, as some of you already know, my nickname Bernabear comes from an animal, which is the sheep. It's like the mascot of my friends' group (in reality it's Bernabé, but I wanted to change it a bit.) and I wanted to share it with my class.
I guess I don't have to present myself because most of the class already knows me, but I'm going to do it because the new ones want probably to know me better. (and because Mrs Papy asked it!)
So I think I'm  kind of funny, that is to say that I like to laugh and make jokes (often bad jokes actually...). But of course I can be serious when it needs to, mainly in class because I want to succeed my exam at the end of the year : the BAC !!
It's very important for me to get it.
Otherwise, when I have free time, I like to listen to music, but above all, I love reading! My favourite kind of books is what I call "testimony".
In general, it's people who had a terrible life since they were a child and they count it.
I like to read those books (it can seem a bit weird I understand...) because it shows the reality and what can happen in life to everybody!
It could shock ones, or frighten others, but I don't know, for me, it's very interesting.
When I start one, I can't stop it! In gereral, I want to finish it as quickly as possible!

I think I have 2 favourite books.
The first is "Vivre l'enfer et croire encore au paradis" by Michelle Knight.
I recommend it a lot!
And the other is "Alicia n'est pas rentrée" by Hervé Gilinenine. (This one is completly different, it's a novel, but with sooo much plot! I loved reading it!!)
And I'm tired of reading love stories that can't happen in real life with the wonderful boy who falls in love with the poor girl and blablabla..
Well, that's me! I think I've said the most important...
If you have questions, they are welcome! Thank's for reading! :)
